Large Michaels Limited, an indigenous company and one stop-shop in the area of Information Technology (IT) and providing support, has reinvented itself, launching a new corporate headquarters with state-of-the-art experience centre.

The company which was incorporated in Nigeria about three decades ago, is being run by highly resourceful and experienced personnel of proven records, technical and professional competent to handle challenges whenever they arise.

The new office located at 9, Allen Avenue, Ikeja- Lagos, boosts of cutting-edge IT solutions and technical back-ups to support its corporate and individual clientele by employing the latest technology and providing genuine brands and peripherals.

Large Michael’s Limited corporate policy is built around uncompromising and specifications adherence in line with client’s preferences.

Speaking at the office commissioning, the Managing Director/CEO, Mr. Michael Ezeamama, said the new drives were aimed at serving the clientele better.

Hear him: “Today, we are here to do one thing that has two parts: To officially open our Corporate Head Office and to commission our new Experience Centre. These two things summarise the person of Large Michael as a Company; firstly, to structure and organise itself internally in order to deliver greater value to its partners and, secondly, to proactively anticipate the customer’s need and meet it in style”.

He said that knowing the world of technology where the Company plays is rapidly changing they have accepted the inevitable challenge to re-invent themselves. “While retaining the essential qualities of integrity and passionate commitment to our partners and business allies, ‎we have become more aware of the dynamic and strategic dimensions of providing value in a 21st Century business environment.

“We have taken the bold step to lead in the introduction of an Experience Centre in computing and printing in our local industry. The idea is not just to ask for a product; it is to experience it. To see it, feel it, touch it and know what it is capable of before making that crucial decision to purchase it. This is because we understand that technology tools are not just products, but life tools. This is what the Allen Experience Centre is all about. See it, feel it- in short, experience it- before you buy!”, he explained.

Mr. Ezeamama said the vision of Large Michael is a journey driven by the desire to serve the customer better. “We are constantly aware of the fact that in order to do this, we need to understand the customer; the world in which he lives and the needs it create. Today is a very significant day in this journey as it clearly marks our stride towards providing a higher level of internal coordination in order to provide excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction”, he added.

Earlier, the Chairman, Large Michael Ltd., Segun Olaniyan, noted reflected that as an ICT company, LML is driven by the desire create positive change by serving the customers better.

Olaniyan, also said that the Company’s key selling point is integrity.

The District Head – Western, Central Africa & Managing Director – Nigeria – ‎HP, Ify Afe, congratulated the management and staff of the Company on the official launch of the head office in Lagos.

Afe said, “Large Michael is an amazing brand; they have been HP’s partners for over 5 years. These have been five years of consistency, integrity, and great partnership.

On his part, the Business Development Director, Mr. Stanley Uzoechina, said they are out to give Nigerians new experiences with regards quality products and after-sales interface.

In his words, “Large Michaels has been a silent, but performing giant in the market. For instance, in the year 2017 emerged the Best Commercial Partner to HP; the Company declared highest volume for HP. Like the MD said during his speech, the brand has been known in the industry for integrity. Integrity in terms of business relationships, the quality of the products and the commitment to ensure the customer gets the best. Beyond that, Large Michael is interested in keeping the Nigerian customers at par with the contemporaries.

“What we have here as Experience Centre is different from the usual Laptop or PC box pushing centre. The ‘experience’ has been that if you want to buy a PC, you just mention the configuration and it is pulled from the shelf and given to you. Here, we have culture that permits you to interact with the device. At the print section, you do the printing to have a feel of the print-quality/colour. So, it is to aid the consumer in testing and enhancing his knowledge about the device before making payments. And that is where the world is going and Large Michael Limited is leading that direction in the ICT sector.

“He said that the public should expect more roll out before the end of the year 2018. “We are looking at Abuja, Port Harcourt and even leaving the shores of Nigeria. We have a growth plan, but this is just the beginning. We are going to play strong in the e-commerce retail segment.
