African Alliance PLC targets millennials with new products

African Alliance Insurance PLC., Nigeria’s foremost life insurance company, renowned for its long and active participation in the Nigerian Insurance Sector, has brought to spotlight the actions they have been taking behind the scenes to redesign the brand structure and protocols all in a bid to serve the customers better.

On the 1st of August 2018, African Alliance PLC held a media round-table on, where representatives of various media channels and platforms met with top executives of the Company.

Starting off with an expression of thanks to all present, Stella Osanebi, Head, Corporate Communications, Africa Alliance Insurance Plc engaged attendees on the company’s new direction and activities over the years, thus arriving at a mutual perception.

In all that was said, asides circling primarily around how the company is portrayed to the public space, their goal towards capturing the attention of millennial generation regarding exposure to insurance products, was noted as a simple motive behind their path to restructuring.

The youth may not grasp the absolute need for certain insurance products, nonetheless, African Alliance Insurance PLC has decided to bank on early adaptation as to securing much more solid relationship between Insurance and those who need it in the long run, hence showing African Alliance Insurance Products that offer benefits even while still alive.

In a bid to broker this, they have leveraged social media marketing as an environment where they can seamlessly interact with the millennial and assist them in imbibing the insurance culture.The company has also embarked on an extensive research to understand their customers’ needs, empowering the youth to regard life as something precious and get adequate life cover to ensure the long-term comfort and success for their loved ones and their future.

The company also hinted at the unveiling of a new corporate identity to rejuvenate its product and service offerings to the public, scheduled to occur in late 2018.
