Nigerian Stock Exchange approaches NITDA for collaboration on AI

The Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, has reached out to the National Information Technology Development Agency, NITDA, for partnership on enhancing its Regulatory Framework using IT.

A team of NSE was at the Agency’s Corporate Head Office in Abuja, table the areas they seek collaborations.

TechEconomy.ng gathered that NSE is out to developing an Artificial Intelligent (AI) Compliant Management, Consumer Education and Customer Satisfaction Systems and also enhance its Regulatory Framework using Information Technology.

While receiving the team, the DG of NITDA, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, called on Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of Government to patronise local resources in the deployment of ICT solutions in Public Institutions.

The DG who spoke through the Director, eGovernment Development and Regulatory Department of NITDA, Dr Vincent Olatunji, made this call while receiving delegation from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), led by the Head, Regulatory Technology, Mr John Adelana.
