FirstBank Nigeria has continued her COVID-19 advocacies – educating and encouraging the customers to abide by social distancing rules.

In a message, ‘abide by social distancing rules – Help us to help you’ FirstBank sent to the customers, the bank said workers have resumed across most of the branches “and thank all who were orderly and maintained the social distancing protocols”.

The message continues: “Although we observed some customers were not as orderly in some of our branches, we hope we can all do our bit to help us to serve you better.

“Social distancing is mandatory at all our premises. Queue spacing is clearly marked to further guide personal spacing. If you absolutely must come to the branch we implore and encourage you to follow the safety instructions and guidelines.

“Please wear your face mask before joining the queue.

“First though we want you to ask yourself if you really need to come to the branch for your transactions with us?

“Did you know that you can save yourself the trip and use any of our alternative channels without visiting the branch?

“Did you also know that your Relationship Manager is available to advise and answer enquiries you may have?

“Safety is our collective responsibility. We must all be our brother’s keeper at this time and we call on you to call and report any infractions you see to [email protected] so that we can immediately deal with it. Using this email address to See It Report It means we get to deal with it faster therefore serving all better.
Let’s all do our bit and fight this scourge together”, the message concludes.
