Startup Arewa and Tekedia Institute today announced a new global partnership to provide quality affordable business skills and preparing them to emerging opportunities in changing markets while optimizing innovation and profitability.
The partnership through the Second edition of Tekedia Mini – MBA.
This program is a 4-month weekly program, beginning June 22, 2020 to end Oct 22, 2020.
It will comprise videos, flash cases, written materials and webinars delivered online. When we finish, we will issue a certificate from the Tekedia Institute USA.
Startup Arewa is a non-profit organization established to empower and promote Northern Nigerian tech startups and have been at the forefront of driving Northern tech innovation ecosystem since 2016.
With a well-structured mentorship plan to mentor the start-ups and also provide financial support through her network of angel investors, Startup Arewa has been providing funding program by giving out grants, non – interest loans and equity investment to our start-ups.
“The collaboration will help reach young people across the Startup Arewa ecosystem and members will be given support to participate in the Tekedia Mini – MBA program which offers innovation management, 4-month programs optimized for business execution and growth, with digital operational overlay”, said the Founder of Startup Arewa, Mohammed Ibrahim Jega in a chat with TechEconomy.ng.
When asked about the minimum requirements to be part of the programme, Jega said: “The minimum requirement that you need for the mini-MBA is Senior School Certificate Examinations or equivalent”
