SIFAX Group, a conglomerate with investments in maritime, aviation, logistics, oil & gas, hospitality and financial services sectors, has celebrated the 2020 Customer Service Week in style.
The Group rolled out various activities to commemorate the weeklong event.
This was coming on the heels of the formal commissioning of a new container terminal in Lagos as a response to the difficulties experienced by stakeholders in accessing the Lagos ports.
The facility is situated along the Ebute Metta Creek, Ijora, Lagos aimed at making the process of cargo clearing a wonderful experience as opposed to what is obtainable currently.
Flip to the customer service week, the Group organised medical check-up and other activities for the customers and the community.
