The Board of Directors of Zedcrest Capital Limited, together with its subsidiaries, the Zedcrest Group, has announced with sympathy the demise of Mr. Abiola Ademola Aderonmu, the pioneer Board Chairman of Zedcrest Group.

A statement signed by Yemi Kehinde, company secretary, notes that Aderonmu passed away peacefully on the 25th of July 2021 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Aderonmu was the Chairman of the Board of Zedcrest Group from 2013 – 2018.

“He played a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the Board – focusing it on strategic matters and setting high governance standards. Until his demise, he was the CEO & Managing Director of FTN Cocoa Processors Plc.

“The Board appreciates the late Mr. Aderonmu for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure as Chairman and expresses the deepest condolences to his family”, the statement reads.
