The Mobolaji Johnson Arena erupted in celebration as Nigeria’s Super Falconets took on the girls of Central African Republic in the U-20 World Cup qualifiers game on Wednesday.

The Falconets showed true class in their performance and were quick to let the opponents know what they were all about.

The match ended in a 4-0 victory for the Falconets taking Nigeria’s U-20 girls to the top of their group.

Since MTN Nigeria announced its partnership with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) in September, the telecommunications giant has been in the mix of things promoting Nigerian football.

This partnership which makes MTN the official communications sponsor of the Super Eagles and other national football teams includes encouraging the Falconets as they play to qualify for the U-20 World Cup.
