Flytxt AI and Analytics Integrated into Oracle’s Digital Experience for Communications

Enhanced offering provides product-centric insights and actionable customer intelligence for communication service providers to launch products and offers and support customers




Flytxt’s award-winning and market-proven Analytics and AI solutions have been chosen by Oracle to drive data-driven digital experiences for communication service providers (CSPs).

The enhanced Digital Experience for Communications makes use of Flytxt ’s artificial intelligence and machine learning models developed, trained, and refined using insights from trillions of samples from more than a billion customers.
