Olugbolahan Olusanya is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC Global Certification) and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (IMC).

He is a business executive with over 15 years’ experience driving business growth, leading multicultural teams, optimizing organizational processes and infrastructures, and re-engineering multinational corporations ( Fortune 500 firms) in the Information Technology, Telecoms, Financial Services, and BPO industries across North America, India, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa (EMEA) regions.
Olusanya is experienced in incremental revenue growth, business expansion strategies, achieving financial & operational performance targets, and fostering business relationships across global corporations.
He has a history of uncovering business opportunities, directing strategies to improve operations, and increasing organizational market share.
Before his elevation to the post of a Country Manager, Olugbolahan Olusanya was Tek Expert’s Senior Global Business Manager (EMEA & NOAM) leading the company’s large customer support operation for Microsoft Cloud services and Modern Workplace solutions.
He was directly responsible for a team of 1,800+ professionals providing deep technical support on software & cloud services across Africa, Europe, India, and North America, among other achievements.
Prior to joining Tek Experts, Olugbolahan Olusanya worked as the Services General Manager Nigeria at NCR Corporation, world’s leading enterprise technology provider of software, hardware and services for banks, retailers, restaurants, small business and telecom industries; Nokia – Operations Manager (Network Operation Centre)., SystemSpecs – Team Lead, Network infrastructure and IT security.
