SEDI-Minna,

Dr. John A. Hemen, The Overseeing Officer, SEDI-Minna, (4th from left) flanked by Heads of Departments during the performance bond signing ceremony held at the Institute.

In his effort to replicate the new culture of excellence and expectation of high-performance handed down to Overseeing Officers of NASENI Institutes recently in Abuja by the EVC/CEO Mr. Khalil S. Halilu, the Overseeing Officer (OO) of the Scientific Equipment Development Institute (SEDI), Minna, Niger State Dr. John A. Hemen has committed the Heads of Department (HoDs) of the institute to a similar performance bond.

The SEDI Minna agreement signing between the OO and HoDs occurred on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the institute.

According to Dr. Hemen, the event underscored SEDI-Minna’s commitment to excellence and innovation and “this agreement serves as a framework to align departmental goals with NASENI’s overarching objectives”

The performance bond is valid for four years and will undergo annual reviews, with monthly performance assessments, tracking progress in areas such as project viability, partnerships, revenue generation, and adherence to timelines.

The structured approach ensures SEDI-Minna remains on track to meet NASENI’s expectations, driving innovation and achieving measurable outcomes.
