Prof. Ibrahim Adeyanju, MD/CEO, Galaxy Backbone Limited, leads team to ID4Africa Conference 2026

As Africa continues to shape its digital future, strategic conversations around Digital Public Infrastructure, digital identity, inclusion, and trusted digital ecosystems remain central to sustainable development across the continent.

In line with this vision, Prof. Ibrahim Adeyanju, the managing director/CEO of Galaxy Backbone Limited, alongside the Executive Director, Digital Exploration and Technical Services (DETS), Olumide Akinugbe, participated in the prestigious ID4Africa Conference held in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

Their participation featured engagements at the main conference sessions, as well as high-level side events hosted by Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL) and Co-Develop, focused on advancing Digital Public Infrastructure across Africa and other emerging economies.

The conference brought together governments, development institutions, technology leaders, and digital transformation stakeholders to explore pathways for building secure, inclusive, and interoperable digital ecosystems that drive economic growth and improve public service delivery.

Galaxy Backbone’s participation underscores its continued commitment to supporting Nigeria’s digital transformation journey through innovation, collaboration, secure digital infrastructure, and strategic partnerships that promote digital inclusion and strengthen government service delivery.
