The Enugu State Gaming and Lotto Commission, the co-organisers of the Enugu Gaming Conference (EGC) 2026, has confirmed the speaker lineup.
EGC 2026 is holding July 29–30 at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Enugu, under the theme “Code, Capital and Compliance: Unlocking Nigeria’s iGaming Tech Opportunity.”
Leading the roster is Dr. Kingsley (Tochukwu) Udeh, Nigeria’s Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, who has been confirmed as Special Guest of Honour and will deliver the conference’s keynote address.
His participation is expected to center on federal government efforts to leverage innovation and indigenous technology to grow Nigeria’s digital and gaming economy.
Also billed to speak is Peter Kesitilwe, chief executive officer of the African iGaming Alliance, who will facilitate a Government–Industry Roundtable, alongside Jeremiah Maangi, founder and CEO of iGaming Afrika, Kenya.

According to the Commission, the lineup spans expertise in gaming regulation, legal compliance, responsible gambling, cybersecurity, digital payments, business development, software engineering, game development, child protection, media and regulatory technology.
Prince Arinze Arum, Executive Secretary/CEO of the Enugu State Gaming and Lotteries Commission, co-organizer of the event alongside Events Arcade Solutions Limited led by Ejiofor Agada, described the Minister’s participation as a strong validation of the conference’s vision, positioning EGC 2026 as a market-entry platform into the South East’s gaming and iGaming sector.
