A high-end energy drink called Rockstar has been introduced to the Nigerian market.

At this year’s Pepsi Rhythm Unplugged music concert at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos last week, Rockstar Energy Drink was officially introduced to a niche audience of varying demographics. It is produced and bottled by Seven-Up Bottling Company (SBC), a leading non-alcoholic beverage company.

When introducing the company to the crowd, Nancy Isime, an actress, model, and media personality, said that Rockstar Energy Drink is a unique type of energy drink because it gives those who are driven, enthusiastic, and dedicated to their careers a boost of energy.

Rockstar Energy Drink encourages consumers to take charge and be in total control at critical moments in their daily activities to achieve the ultimate result.

Segun Ogunleye, General Manager, Marketing, Seven-Up Bottling Company, commented on the brand’s launch by saying: “We are thrilled to offer our esteemed consumers another premium brand of energy drink in response to the tremendous acceptance of Supa Komando Energy drink since it was introduced two years ago.
