SecureHack 1.0 Finale will showcase unprecedented innovation with top-selected teams vying for the take-home prize.

The hackathon, which was launched in February, garnered over 400 registrations from participants to form 100+ teams from 62 locations in 4 countries and across 2 continents. The launch was well attended by innovators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and security professionals, while many others across the world joined the event virtually.

The teams were split into groups of four and were required to work together for 3 weeks, brainstorming and ideating new concepts based on their focus areas which include cybersecurity, physical security, and biosecurity.

Each team went on to pitch their ideas to a respected jury of experts in the subject matter, and the best teams were selected. The array of mentors and jurors is composed of renowned experts in the hackathon focus areas who are participating in the event and are the industry’s best with decades of experience in cyber security, biosecurity, and physical security.
