Access Bank Plc has named Mrs. Ifeyinwa Osime as the new Chairman of its Board of Directors.
She succeeds Mr. Paul Usoro, SAN, who retired on January 29, 2026 after completing his regulatory tenure.
The appointment was announced by Access Holdings Plc, the parent company of Access Bank, in a filing dated February 2, 2026. Mrs. Osime brings significant experience in corporate governance and leadership to her new role.
Her elevation reflects Access Bank’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership and align with strategic priorities amid broader organizational restructuring.
