ipNX Graduate Trainee

ipNX Nigeria, one of Nigeria’s leading Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) providers, has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, expanding its broadband infrastructure across cities.

The initiative is aimed at bringing young Nigerian graduates into the telecommunications industry and preparing them for roles in both technical and business operations.

For many graduates, the programme provides more than an entry-level role. It provides early exposure to network engineering, broadband deployment and enterprise IT service delivery within one of the country’s established internet service providers.

Training and Career Development

The graduate trainee scheme is designed as an intensive learning pathway. Participants will receive structured training while working with experienced professionals across the company’s operations.

Beyond technical certifications, the programme focuses on building analytical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to address connectivity challenges in Nigeria’s growing digital economy.
