Backgrounds
Recall that in August 2024, Dr. Otti approved the commencement of the Abia Skill Acquisition Program (ASAP) at Abia State Polytechnic, Aba. The approval was in line with the administration’s bid to tackle the hardship faced by Abia youths and create employment by equipping them with specialized skills in areas like plumbing, electrical installations, welding, and more.
