Infinix is preparing to expand its Hot series with the anticipated launch of Infinix Hot 50 Pro+, a unique model said to be the slimmest design of all time.

Leaks surrounding the device have revealed details about what users can expect from this upcoming release.

The Infinix Hot 50 Pro+ is expected to come with a 6.8mm-thick body, slightly thicker than initially rumoured, but still maintaining its status as one of the thinnest phones on the market today. It will run on a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, supporting LTE connectivity, a change from the 5G-capable Hot 50 model.

Although slightly thicker than the earlier rumours revealed, the device’s slim profile is outstanding, especially when compared to other smartphones in its class. The last time a phone this thin was introduced was the Tecno Camon 11, which came out several years ago.

Among the features of Hot 50 Pro+ is its AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, coming with smooth scrolling and sharp visualisation. The screen will also come protected with Gorilla Glass and feature an under-display fingerprint scanner for added security.

In terms of memory, the device is expected to launch with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, ensuring plenty of room for apps, media, and files.

The phone is also built with a durable 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, allowing users to quickly top up their device when needed. This power setup is coupled with a camera system that includes a 50MP main sensor, designed to bring high-quality photos even in low-light conditions, along with an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

Although the official launch date has not yet been announced, the device is expected to debut soon in markets like India and the Philippines before getting to Nigeria. Pre-sale offers have already begun in certain regions, where customers can choose between two storage options—128GB or 256GB—and enjoy a limited-edition X Buds 3 GT wireless earbud bundle.

With these features, the Infinix Hot 50 Pro+ is a classy and durable choice for consumers seeking a balance between style, performance, and affordability. More details will likely surface as the company’s release date approaches, with the full specifications to be confirmed upon launch.
