Today, Infinix unveiled its blazing-fast Note 40 Pro in Nigeria with a splashy launch event at the Marriott Hotel in Lagos’ prestigious GRA Ikeja district.

Partnering with Showmax, Infinix is disrupting the user experience by offering a tantalizing package that includes three months of Showmax subscription at a discounted rate of N8500, down from the initial price of N12,500, with the purchase of any Infinix phone.

The Note 40 Pro introduces a hardware-level charging revolution that outperforms conventional charging experiences. With a multi-tab structure battery and three parallel fast-charging chips, the 100W wired charging dynamically adjusts each channel for stable high-speed charging, ensuring users stay powered up and connected throughout the day.

Oluwayemisi Ode, Integrated Marketing Communications and PR Manager at Infinix Mobile, spoke in delight about bringing the Note 40 Pro to the Nigerian market, highlighting the phone’s unique features and innovations. “We have a lot of exciting things with this particular series, which is why we thought it’s best to have our partners, helping us tell our story,” said Ode.

Among the exceptional features of the Note 40 series is the inclusion of the MagCase, MagPad, and MagPower, which precisely match each other, giving users efficient power supply with a simple snap.

Additionally, wireless charging capabilities enable users to convert changing magnetic fields into alternating current and even facilitate wireless reverse charging for other devices, adding a new level of convenience to the user experience.

At the peak of the Note 40 Pro is the self-developed Cheetah X1 chip, coming with advanced Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging that enhances processing efficiency by 204% and integrates three core charging modules into one.

This chip enables variable speed fast charging, ensuring users can prepare their phones for departure within 9 minutes using hyper mode or maintain optimal temperature in low-temp mode.

The phone also has an industry-leading 10W wired reverse charging controller, allowing for accurate and fast reverse-wired charging in both directions. With a simple click, bypass charging directs power to the mainboard during gaming or video playback, significantly reducing temperature rise and enhancing the overall user experience.

The Note 40 Pro also incorporates AI Night charging, which adjusts power based on user habits to prevent overcharging at night and ensure devices are fully charged before users wake up.

With multi-protocol fast charging capabilities and 63 safety measures, charging safety is guaranteed in various adverse environments, providing users with peace of mind.

In addition to its cutting-edge charging capabilities, the Note 40 Pro is built with commendable specifications, including a 5000mAh battery, Active Halo Design,120Hz AMOLED Ultra-Smooth Eye-Care Display, and Corning Gorilla Glass GG5 protection.

Not limited to these, the phone also features the XBOOST Gaming Engine, Sound by JBL for deeply immersive audio, and a 108MP OIS Super-Zoom Camera for clear and shakeless photo shots.

Commenting on his experience with the Note 40 Pro, Izzy Boye, a Tech enthusiast and Infinix Ambassador, lauded the device for its outstanding features. “I have had the Note 40 Pro for a week now and I’ve seen some impressive features. If you go through TikTok, you’d see how everyone is complaining that the newly released Call of Duty game is making their phone so hot, but using Infinix Note 40 Pro, it didn’t get as hot as other phones I tried to play the game on. It’s quite impressive compared to other phones bought at this price range. This is one of the best phones Infinix has had in a while and it’s commendable,” said Boye.

The Note 40 series is available in two variants: the Note 40 Pro, currently launched in Nigeria, priced at N396,900 for the 256+8GB model, and the Note 40, priced at N327,900 for the 256+8GB model. Both models are also available on the EasyBuy platform, providing users with flexible payment options.

With its unique technology, innovative features, and partnership with Showmax, the Infinix Note 40 series is here to give users an exceptional mobile experience like never before.
