The echoes of success reverberated through the Innovationbed Multi-Disciplinary AI and Cybersecurity Career Transformation Summit 2023, masterfully orchestrated by Mr. Amos Emmanuel.
Mr. Emmanuel, a distinguished United Nations World Summits Awards National Expert for Nigeria, a beacon of knowledge and change, and the visionary founder of the Programos Foundation, hosted the transformative AI and Cybersecurity Career Transformation Summit on August 29th, 2023.
In collaboration with the esteemed Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, which recently expanded its academic horizon to the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the summit heralded a new era of educational dynamism and innovation.

The prestigious gathering received an auspicious start with Alh. Umar Kwairanga, the esteemed Executive Chairman of Nigeria Exchange Group (NGXGROUP), as Chairman of the occasion, and Mr. Oluwole Adeosun, the erudite President of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), as co-chair.
Their appraisal of the summit as an excellent and timely initiative underlined its importance in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
Diverse in its assembly, the summit welcomed mainstream media practitioners, students across the states representing a spectrum of disciplines, distinguished faculty members, and accomplished stock market operators.

The convener recognized distinguished personalities at the event, starting with his school colleague and a bosom industry practitioner, Senator Afolabi Salisu, the newly-appointed Chairman of the Senate Committee on ICT and CyberCrimes at the National Assembly in Nigeria.
Dr. Vincent Olatunji, the esteemed National Commissioner and CEO of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), was also commended for his pivotal role in advancing national digital protection and ethics in the Country.
The summit showcased an impressive array of speakers, each contributing to the rich tapestry of discussions. Prof. Amjad Umar, the erudite Founder and CEO of NGE Solutions, Inc. and Director & Professor of the ISEM (Information Systems Engineering and Management) program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, shared valuable insights. Alongside him, Douglas Firestone, the Senior Advisor to the President for Global Relations and Strategic Initiatives at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, Dubai Campus, illuminated the audience on the benefits of the university’s esteemed Executive and Postgraduate programs.
A pantheon of exceptional minds presented captivating topics, from “Data Privacy & Ethical Responsibilities” by Chigozie Anyansor, CEO of Uridium Works and former Senior Manager/Head of Engineering at Sterling Bank Plc., to “AI Ethics and Algorithmic-Bias” by Tatiana Caldas-Löttiger, Legal, Regulatory & AI Ethics Advisor, and Founding President of International Women in Business.
Arslan Dawood, the esteemed winner of the Fintech Awards 2022, and Moses Oluwatowo Amos of Cyprus International University, a distinguished nominee for the World Summit Awards Youth Ambassador for Nigeria, co-anchored the program from Pakistan and Cyprus, respectively.
The event also shone a spotlight on Olayiwola Balogun, a Lending Public Sector Financial Analyst at Rosabond Financial Services Ltd, who enriched the discourse with his insights and expertise.

Natalia Berdyeva, Partner at TalentNations UAE, and Mr. Emmanuel Udotong, CEO of Isatong (Talentnations-Nigeria), shared their invaluable insights. Hon. Haruba Sani, Acting Director-General of the Information Communication Technology Agency, had his message conveyed through the Innovationbed Youth Ambassador and founder of 02 Innovation Hub, highlighting potential scholarship collaborations with Harrisburg University and UAE govt.
Arome Ibrahim, Member of the World Metaverse Council, intriguingly connected AI and the metaverse, while Mrs. Martina Opeyemi, Senior Sales Strategist and Business Operations Strategist, delivered her expertise from the UK.
