LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc has appointed new directors to strengthen its leadership.
The bank selected experienced professionals for key positions, including Executive Director, Non-Executive Director, and Independent Non-Executive Director roles.
The appointments were disclosed in a statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) and signed by Olumide Adedeji, managing director and CEO of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank.
Timothy Gbadeyan and Gbadebo Ayinde were appointed as Executive Directors, while Olusola Ogungbile, Adeola Olajide, and Olanrewaju Afolayan joined as Non-Executive Directors. Again, Adedoyin Amosun, Michael Omolaja, and Kamaldeen Adekilekun were named Independent Non-Executive Directors.
In a separate disclosure signed by Dorcas Ajayi, the company secretary, the bank confirmed the appointment of Kamaldeen Adekilekun as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun, a seasoned lawyer with over 23 years of experience, previously served as a Managing Partner at a law firm and as a cabinet member in the Bayelsa State Government.
Added to these, LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc announced that the court order restricting it from holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been lifted.
The appointments of the Chairman and Directors have received approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the apex regulatory authority in the financial sector.
