Rank, an integrated financial services and Proprietary Investment Holding firm, has appointed Lucky Djebah as Executive Director, Investment, its bid to broaden its service offerings into wealth management and investment banking with Rank Capital.
This move is in alignment with Rank’s long-term strategic goal of transforming to a full-fledged financial institution with emphasis on democratizing wealth for African markets.
Effective immediately, Djebah will lead Rank Capital’s expansion into wealth management and investment banking.
His remit includes managing portfolios across equities and treasury, while architecting bespoke strategies that enable high-net-worth individuals and organizations to maximize their capital.
Djebah joins Rank with over 15 years of leadership experience across Nigeria’s premier financial institutions. His previous roles include Managing Director of Anchoria Securities Limited and Mainstreet Bank Securities Limited, as well as Head of Investment Banking at Alpha Morgan Capital Advisory Partners Limited. His deep expertise in M&A, credit, and securities ensures that Rank’s evolving ecosystem is built upon a foundation of rigorous institutionalization and world-class corporate governance.
The appointment strengthens Rank’s capabilities following the strategic acquisitions of AjoMoney and Zazzau Microfinance Bank.
