Omoniyi Kolade, the founder and chief executive officer of SeerBit has been commended by Mr. Nicolas Walder, the national councillor of the Green Party, Geneva, a member of the Swiss Parliamentary Delegation to Nigeria.

He received the commendation and accompanying gift during an ICT stakeholder session which held recently in Lagos.

The CEO’s presentation, titled “Driving Digital Transformation across Africa’s Payment Landscape,” led to an engaging discourse on Nigeria’s payments industry.

The presentation also garnered commendation on the brand’s impact on the industry’s rapid transformation and highlighted the company’s role in fostering growth within Nigeria’s creative economy.

SeerBit is a pan-African payment gateway that enables businesses to collect and manage payments both online and offline across Africa.

The startup offers a comprehensive suite of payment solutions tailored to various business needs, inclu​ding online payments; in-person payments, and virtual accounts.

SeerBit also offers payment links where businesses without a website, SeerBit offers payment links that can be shared via social media, email, or chats, enabling quick and secure payments.

In August 2023, SeerBit launched “SeerBit Alpha,” an embedded finance solution that empowers businesses to offer their own branded financial services, such as digital banking and international remittance platforms.

Operating in multiple African countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Uganda, Tanzania, and Burkina Faso, SeerBit aims to bridge payment gaps by providing innovative technology solutions tailored to the unique needs of African businesses.
