Stanbic IBTC Bank, in its ongoing Reward4Saving Promo, rewarded 70 additional customers in the January draw, which brings the total number of beneficiaries to 1,424 since the inception of the promo in 2021.

The Reward4Saving Promo was created to foster disciplined saving habits among Nigerians, offering them rewards for achieving specified savings targets.

In the January draw, 10 winners were selected from each of the seven business regions operated by the bank in Nigeria, and each was rewarded with N100,000.

So far, over 1,424 customers who have actively saved a minimum of N10,000 in their @ease wallet or savings accounts have been rewarded with N234 million.

The Reward4Saving promo is currently in its third season and the promo will run from September 2023 till August 2024.

Stanbic IBTC Bank will continuously reward 70 customers with N100,000 each in the monthly draws; seven customers with N1 million in the quarterly draws; and seven customers will also be rewarded with N2 million in the grand finale within the period.

Five draws have been held so far in the third season, and 357 customers who have emerged winners have been rewarded with cash prizes ranging from N100,000 to N1 million for maintaining consistent saving habits. 350 customers have won N35 million in the monthly draws, and seven customers have won N7 million in the first quarterly draw.

There are seven more draws till the end of the season and N84 million left to be given out.

Speaking on the essence of the promo, Layo Ilori-Olaogun, head, Middle Market and Youth Segment, Stanbic IBTC Bank, described the Reward4Saving promo as an initiative that teaches Nigerians to build healthy financial habits while rewarding them for staying consistent.

“We are proud to continue rewarding our customers’ dedication and commitment to saving towards their financial goals, especially in these challenging economic times. Their success is our success,” Layo said.

Layo added that the promo teaches healthy financial habits and incentivizes customers to save. “There are still four more monthly draws, two quarterly draws and the grand finale before the promo ends; so we encourage more Nigerians to take advantage of this opportunity,” she said.

The promo is open to new and existing customers who save a minimum of N10,000 in their savings account or @ease wallet for at least 30 days.

This can be done by opening a Stanbic IBTC Bank Savings Account via the bank’s Mobile App available on both the Play Store and App Store. Individuals can also simply dial *909*37#; visit the bank’s website or visit any Stanbic IBTC Bank branch nationwide to open an account.

“With consistency and discipline in savings and financial management, more rewards and financial security await our customers”, the bank said.
