In a heartwarming gesture of compassion and solidarity, LG donated its 8th solar-powered borehole to the resilient people of Ayeye Community in Ibadan, Oyo State.

This act of benevolence not only quenches the immediate thirst of the community but also symbolizes a beacon of hope, empowerment, and sustainability for generations to come.

The people of Ayeye Community greeted LG Electronics’ generous donation with overwhelming joy, their chants of gratitude echoing through the air. Rear Admiral Lateef Akintola (retired), Mogaji of the Balogun Ibikunle family, spoke on behalf of his family and the community, expressing deep appreciation for LG’s remarkable gesture.

“We are profoundly grateful for this thoughtful act by LG Electronics. While many companies operate in Oyo State, few have stepped up to make such a significant impact in our communities. The event held at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos to honor her business partners and announce the strategy for 2023, saw more than 20 partners awarded for their performance and impact in the year.
