As an industry leader located in Lagos, Ixdore Data Services‘ formal working partnership with Osun State Football Associations will be effective from September 2023 and would continue until 2033.

According to Sola Fanawopo, the Chairman, Osun FA, “having identified common areas of work, it is imperative for us to develop a strategic value-added partnership with Ixdore Data Services.

“The company is reputed for reliable data generations and management. The purpose of this strategic partnership is to harness the skills and experience of IDS as we embark on various programmes and projects.

“Furthermore, lDS will work with us in the creation and maintenance of registered players, teams and matches.

“Creation of statistical database and providing the data feed of all players, teams and matches that are under the jurisdiction of the OSSFA. The company will also provide stable stadium ticketing services for our matches.

“IDS will supply technology that will help us to promote football and commercialise where possible, the data and transactions involving the use of technology in Osun State football.” Osun FA chairman stated.

Dr. James Agada, the Chairman of Ixdore Data Services said his company is excited to work with Osun FA. “It is our pleasure to work with Osun FA to introduce more digital technology into the running of football in Nigeria. Football is a worldwide business running on not just the talents of the athletes but also on effective management and use of data.

Osun FA who recently partnered ‘Thread and Us’ for dynamic and commanding outlook have lined up activities such as State Youth League, Apex League, Osun Women’s Football League and Osun FA Intercollege Football League in its calendar year.

He was previously the CEO of CWG Plc formerly known as Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) Plc.

Prior to his appointment as the CWG Plc’s MD/CEO, James Agada was the Chief Technology Officer of the Company and was also in charge of the Company’s Research and Development unit.

He was also previously the Executive Director overseeing the Company’s former software division, Expert Edge.

James Agada is a well-regarded, innovative and versatile technology expert. He holds a First Class Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, with specialization in Digital Systems, from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

He also holds an MBA from the International Graduate School of Management (IESE), Navara, Spain.

James has had experience in consulting, software development, implementation and support. He was pro term president, Lagos Chapter of the Nigeria Computer Society, and was conferred with the “Titans of Tech Merit Award” in 2013 by Technology Africa.

He has also won a number of awards and recognitions from reputable bodies like; Success Circle Africa for Entrepreneurial Excellence, Tech TV for Commitment to Development in ICT, AMLE’s 2016 winner of the ICT Personality Leadership Prize to mention a few.

He is a fellow of Nigerian Computer Society, Fellow of the Institute of Directors and Fellow of the Institute of Software Practitioners Of Nigeria (ISPON).
