The NOTE 60 Pro is the first Infinix smartphone powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset, signaling a new phase in the brand’s product evolution as it continues to push the boundaries of performance, design, and everyday usability for modern smartphone users.

From multitasking and content creation to gaming and immersive entertainment, the NOTE 60 Pro is designed to deliver a smooth and reliable experience across the activities that matter most in today’s digital lifestyle.

Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 Brings Flagship-Level Performance

With an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 1.1 million, the chipset enables faster responsiveness, smoother app switching, and improved efficiency across demanding tasks such as gaming, content editing, and heavy multitasking.

To sustain performance during extended workloads, the smartphone integrates a 3D IceCore Vapor Chamber Cooling system, designed to efficiently dissipate heat and maintain stable performance even during intensive usage.

Commenting on his experience with the Note 40 Pro, Izzy Boye, a Tech enthusiast and Infinix Ambassador, lauded the device for its outstanding features. “I have had the Note 40 Pro for a week now and I’ve seen some impressive features. If you go through TikTok, you’d see how everyone is complaining that the newly released Call of Duty game is making their phone so hot, but using Infinix Note 40 Pro, it didn’t get as hot as other phones I tried to play the game on. It’s quite impressive compared to other phones bought at this price range. This is one of the best phones Infinix has had in a while and it’s commendable,” said Boye.

The Note 40 series is available in two variants: the Note 40 Pro, currently launched in Nigeria, priced at N396,900 for the 256+8GB model, and the Note 40, priced at N327,900 for the 256+8GB model. Infinix has unveiled its latest premium model – Infinix ZERO 30 5G – in Nigeria. The phone is reputed to be the first smartphone in its class to feature a front-facing camera with Ultra HD (4K/60FPS) video capability.

Featuring an array of unique video production features, Infinix ZERO 30 5G empowers young people around the world to navigate outside selfies and experience an entire world of self-expressive, high-quality, cinematic vlog creation.

Speaking at the device unveiling in Lagos, Oluwayemisi Ode, the Integrated Marketing Communications Manager and PR Manager at Infinix Mobile Nigeria, said the Infinix ZERO 30 5G was created to give young people the means to create cinematic Ultra HD video content that outshines the rest with a front-facing 50MP camera that supports 4K (3840×2160) video recording at a stunningly smooth 60FPS, a feature typically found only on high-priced flagship smartphone models.

She explained that Infinix ZERO 30 5G challenges convention to bring a high-definition front camera experience to a wider audience that includes young people on a budget, and that the front camera is complemented by unique cinematic production modes that let young people create more authentic, cinematic-style vlogs.

Other high-end features include a unique beautifully curved 144Hz AMOLED display, a high-performance octa-core processor, and 21GB of Extended Memory.

At an earlier parley, Leo Chang, Deputy General Manager at Infinix has spoken in the same vein, saying that “Infinix ZERO 30 5G empowers young people with the means to ‘Capture your own story’, placing a full cinematic production house in their hands and making Ultra HD video blogging more attainable than ever. It underlines our commitment to building stylishly designed smartphones with cutting-edge features and performance that are truly meaningful to young people everywhere.”

Oyinlade Ojo, the National Sales Training Manager at Infinix expatiated on Infinix ZERO 30 5G features.

According to her, the device puts its user in the lead role with a front-facing 50MP camera capable of shooting Ultra High Definition 4K video at a stunning 60 frames-per-second.

As well as giving the users the ability to capture every moment of life in incredible detail and clarity, young cinematic maestros can also take advantage of several unique video shooting modes that place them in the director’s chair.

Of advantage to the user, according to her, is the Dual Micro-slit Flash which paves the way to filming the moment in all light conditions, and added that the Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) that is inbuilt in the phone ensures sharp, stunning high-quality content every time; whether its user is taking a selfie or recording a video. She added that the phone engages Movie Filter mode to create 2.35:1 ratio video content for a more authentic cinematic look or uses Dual View to capture the action from both sides of the camera with simultaneous front and rear video recording.

Infinix Zero 30 5g Golden

The Infinix ZERO 30 5G boasts a 108MP rear camera that delivers stunningly sharp, crisp photos in low light thanks to a 1/1.67″ sensor and a glass lens that captures 10% more light than standard lenses.

It combines OIS and EIS technologies to ensure stable image capture for both photography and video. Triple lossless zoom allows users to enjoy incredible detail from a distance, while a 120° wide lens helps users capture the world as they see it.

Regarding its performance, which was said to be powerful, as well as the capacities of its Memory and Storage, she explained that the phone records and processes large, high frame-rate Ultra HD video content requiring plenty of processing power, system memory, and storage, and affirmed that the three areas are really where Infinix ZERO 30 5G truly delivers.

With a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 octa-core processor, she explains that the newly launched phone takes care of the heavy lifting with 4x Performance Cortex-A78 cores and says that an additional 4x Cortex-A55 cores keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring smooth app switching and UI navigation.

Also, she explained that by handling the demands of 4K/60fps video recording effortlessly, the D8020 sets the stage for the next-gen cinematic experience.

As gathered, “Infinix ZERO 30 5G goes further than any other smartphone in its class when it comes to system memory, packing up to 21GB of Extended memory (12GB plus 9GB using memory fusion technology). Having a significantly larger memory footprint is essential for handling the demands of 4K video, and the much larger file sizes created compared to standard HD, and 2K videos. To store these larger videos, Infinix ZERO 30 5G has a substantial 256GB storage ROM which allows users to record hours of extended, Ultra HD quality video content without concern”.

Other additional features highlighted at the media parley that took place on Friday, today, in Ikeja, Lagos cut across its long-lasting 5,000 mAh battery coupled with 68W Super Charger which means no matter how much time is spent shooting UHD video, users will be back to a full charge in minutes and can expect to charge from 1% to 80% in only 30 mins.

In a similar vein, Infinix ZERO 30 5G features XOS 13, a customised version of Android 13 that includes a range of the latest features, including an updated Folax voice assistant that integrates ChatGPT. Folax, as she clarified, helps make calls, take photos, play music, set alarms, or even make travel plans.

In a similar vein, users can also create their own unique wallpapers using the latest AI Wallpaper Generator app, while Smart Search allows users to quickly locate a desired image from among many pictures, even suggesting similar images online. She added that the AI Wallpaper Generator and Smart Search functionalities will be made available through a forthcoming OTA upgrade.
