This planned integration will allow ChainSwap users to perform same-chain and cross-chain token swaps on the Solana network, known for its high-speed transactions and low fees.

The integration, expected to launch in the coming months, will enable faster and more efficient token swaps across Solana and other popular blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon.

Integrating Solana into our platform is a strategic step to improve the user experience and expand the range of supported blockchains,” said Fitzy, CEO and founder of ChainSwap. “Solana’s fast and affordable transactions make it a perfect fit for our platform, and we are excited to bring this option to our users in the near future.”

Once completed, the integration will offer:

  • Same-Chain Swaps: Users will be able to swap tokens within the Solana network, leveraging its fast transaction speeds and low costs.
  • Cross-Chain Swaps: Users will benefit from secure and efficient token swaps between Solana and other major networks like Ethereum, Polygon, and Avalanche.

Solana’s integration is an important step forward in ChainSwap’s mission to deliver an accessible and scalable platform for decentralized finance (DeFi) users, offering a broad range of multi-chain options to meet the growing needs of the DeFi ecosystem.

Meet Ayodele Aransiola, a Developer Community Leader Driving Inclusive Innovation Across Nigeria’s Tech Ecosystem https://techeconomy.ng/meet-ayodele-aransiola-a-developer-community-leader/ https://techeconomy.ng/meet-ayodele-aransiola-a-developer-community-leader/#respond Wed, 08 Mar 2023 07:16:11 +0000 https://techeconomy.ng/?p=162577 In a tech ecosystem often defined by major city hubs, Ayodele Aransiola is proving that innovation knows no geography.

As a Developer Community Manager with a background in software engineering, Ayodele has dedicated his career to nurturing inclusive developer communities, especially in underserved regions.

From leading campus-wide initiatives to mentoring at national events and now driving blockchain adoption as a Developer Community Manager at Polygon, Ayodele’s work has impacted over 5,000 aspiring and professional developers across Nigeria.

Ayodele’s journey into tech was born out of a desire to reinvent himself. It was during his time at the Federal Polytechnic Bida that he discovered the power of a tech community.

“I experienced knowledge, connections and growth in a community,” he recalls, “and I decided to dedicate my career to it.”

That decision would shape his future as a leader, teacher, and advocate in Nigeria’s developer ecosystem.

His early passion for teaching and sharing knowledge earned him a nomination and eventual selection as a Google Developer Student Club (GDSC) Lead, where he helped over 3,000 students explore pathways into the tech industry. That role didn’t just transform others; it changed his career trajectory.

After transitioning from software engineering to Developer Community Manager, Ayodele began pioneering tech adoption initiatives across various cities in the North.

He organised weekly workshops and monthly meetups to introduce newcomers to the tech space, long before it became a trend.

His grassroots approach helped establish the northern part of Nigeria as a budding hub for technology. Beyond his early work at school, Ayodele scaled his impact.

He has supported thousands of people in tech through community-led education, hands-on mentorship, and advocacy. Currently, at Polygon, he champions blockchain adoption at the local level.

His work earned him recognition as an exceptional leader in the ecosystem, driving the adoption of blockchain and Web3 in Africa.

He’s also a mentor with Django Girls Abuja and has spoken at high-profile conferences, including Oscafest, Google I/O Extended Abuja, and DevFest Ilorin.

Whether mentoring newcomers or building bridges between global tools and local developers, Ayodele Aransiola exemplifies what it means to be a leader in the digital technology sector. For Ayodele, it’s always been about impact.

“My biggest motivation in life is having an impact on my immediate environment,” he says. “I like to see the joy in the face of developers or customers who use a product with ease.”

As he continues to grow his career in, Ayodele envisions a future where every developer, regardless of location, has access to the tools, mentorship, and opportunities needed to thrive on a global stage.

Ayodele Aransiola’s journey from student leader to community manager shows the power of local action and global vision.

In a world where technology is growing fast, he is determined to bring everyone along, and that makes him one of Nigeria’s most exciting developer community leaders to watch.

KuCoin Wallet Enters into Strategic Partnership with Polygon (MATIC)  https://techeconomy.ng/kucoin-wallet-enters-into-strategic-partnership-with-polygon-matic/ https://techeconomy.ng/kucoin-wallet-enters-into-strategic-partnership-with-polygon-matic/#comments Mon, 17 Oct 2022 06:17:56 +0000 https://techeconomy.ng/?p=86448 KuCoin Wallet , the official Web3 wallet of the cryptocurrency exchange, KuCoin, has just announced its official strategic partnership with Polygon Network, the leading Layer 2 platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development and one of the largest blockchain infrastructure providers around the world.

KuCoin Wallet is designed to be a secure and easy to use crypto wallet that supports multi-chain aggregation powered by the KuCoin ecosystem.

KuCoin Wallet has strived to facilitate fast, efficient, and secure management of various digital assets for its users while allowing them to have full control of their private keys and, thus, full ownership of their digital assets.

Polygon strives to solve the scalability and usability challenges while considering leverage and decentralization as the backbone for existing developer community-based ecosystems.

The newly launched Polygon zkEVM Public Testnet offers greater capital efficiency while enabling projects to build fast, low-fee decentralized applications on Ethereum and Polygon PoS.

High transaction costs can limit users’ activities and even prevent some users from participating in the ecosystem altogether. The full integration of the Polygon ecosystem will make transactions on KuCoin Wallet faster and cheaper and provide KuCoin Wallet users with easy access to various DApps on Polygon.

The head of KuCoin Wallet, Jeff Haul, points out, “We are excited to work with Polygon, which has been dedicated to building a thriving ecosystem and continuously expanding its technical capabilities. With its scalability, speed, and low network fees, we attempt to provide the best experience for our users. Also, Polygon PoS has emerged as a hub for some of the most important Web3 projects. With Polygon as one of our partners, we can integrate more innovative Web3 features in the future to make users explore the Web3 world in a comprehensive way.”

To promote its DeFi experience for the Polygon ecosystem, KuCoin Wallet will be launching the Polygon Ecosystem Carnival in association with Polygon, MM Finance, Meshswap, PoolTogether, Stader, and Zignaly with a prize pool of $35,000 and mysterious NFTs.
