Tinubu Appoints 45 New Appointment of Board Chairpersons, CEOs

President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed chairpersons for the boards of 42 federal organizations, along with a secretary for the board of the Civil Defence, Immigration, and Prisons Services.

He has also designated a new managing director for the Nigerian Railway Corporation and a director-general for the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI).

President Tinubu has instructed the board chairpersons to refrain from interfering with the management of their respective organizations, emphasizing that their roles are non-executive.

In a statement released by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President (Information and Strategy), it was stated that all the appointments take immediate effect. The appointments are:
