West Africa Dreamin’, a passionate community dedicated to the growth of Salesforce in the region, announces its inaugural trailblazer community-run conference, the event will take place on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.

West Africa Dreamin’ serves as a launchpad for collaboration and innovation within the West African Salesforce community.

The conference brings together a diverse range of pan African professionals, users, developers, administrators, consultants, partners, and businesses fostering a powerful network.

This network will be a platform for exchanging ideas, forging partnerships, and ultimately shaping the future of business in West Africa.

Trailhead is Salesforce’s free online learning platform geared to help people skill up for in-demand tech jobs of the future. With Trailhead, anyone can learn in-demand skills, earn resume-worthy credentials, and connect with a community of Trailblazers for mentorship and employment opportunities.

Trailhead is building a pipeline of qualified candidates for today’s in-demand tech jobs, and for the Salesforce Economy, which is projected to create 11.6 million new jobs and generate over $2 trillion in business revenues between 2022 and 2028 – with many paying six-figures salaries. (IDC Research).

Fear says: “By creating new pathways into tech for diverse talent, we level the playing field and help shape a more inclusive future. West Africa Dreamin’ sees industry leaders that will set the stage with thought-provoking talks during inspiring keynote sessions.

Attendees would gain advanced skills through specialised training sessions offered in in-depth masterclasses.

Experienced professionals will debate current trends and challenges during engaging panel discussions.

Interactive workshops will provide opportunities for attendees to deepen their knowledge with focused sessions on specific topics. Finally, a product showcase will allow attendees to witness innovative Salesforce solutions in action.
