A Nigeria-based multiple award winning digital agency, Aggital Works, has introduced a No-Code eCommerce builder, UShoppen, to assist small, medium and large enterprises develop online stores for their products.

Ushoppen is an all-inclusive ecommerce builder that allows you to create an online store, with tools to help you manage and grow your business.

Ushoppen is meant to solve the diverse problems and high costs associated with building an e-commerce business; from hiring a developer to purchasing a server, to figuring out how to collect payment online, to cyber and data security, etc.

Aggital Works team has consistently worked and delivered projects for small, medium and large-sized businesses across many industries in Nigeria, the UK, the US, Canada, amongst others.

“With UShoppen, you can seamlessly create your digital store as the no-code platform equips you with the necessary tools to flawlessly grow and manage your e-commerce business”, Oghoghozino Otefia, the founder/ CEO of Aggital Works said during a media launch of the platform in Lagos.

“We simplify store creation, management, and expansion. With Ushoppen, you can sell your products both online and offline, bridging the gap between the digital and physical retail worlds.

“Once you sign up on Ushoppen, you have a store created. Then all you need to do is set up your store and all of the details that you want on your store”.

Answer-and-Build System’

Otefia said Ushoppen was developed using the ‘Answer-and-Build System’ approach’, which curbs the bureaucracies that are involved in having an online store.

Before now, we tend to view an average of 15 to 20 ecommerce websites every year. And that’s because there’s so much bureaucracy that goes into having an online store or having an ecommerce store. For example, you need to buy a server, you need to buy a domain name, then, hire a developer which many clients tell you is too expensive.

So, Ushoppen is here to solve the problem of high cost and the back and forth we tend to have when building an ecommerce website. With Ushoppen, a user or a store owner does not need to understand any technical jargon. All you need to do is create an account on and start selling

Why you need Ushoppen

The marketplace is gradually graduating from the streets to the digital space.

In 2023, global retail ecommerce sales reached an estimated 5.8 trillion U.S. dollars. Projections indicate a 39 percent growth in this figure over the coming years, with expectations to surpass eight trillion dollars by 2027, according to Statista.

“It all means that there is still an untapped resource of eCommerce. Just 37% of the whole world population uses eCommerce. The remaining people will eventually adopt eCommerce. And that’s one of the reasons why we have a strong business case to build Ushoppen.

How Ushoppen Works

Speaking further the CEO of AGGITAL Works said: “Ushoppen is free for 14 days after which the subscriber pays 5,000 Naira per month only. And you retain your store”.

“We collect payment for you. We integrated both the manual payment and the automatic payment.

“So manual payment I referred to is bank transfer and cash on delivery. So somebody comes to your store, purchases an item, the person can pay manually via bank transfer or via automatic payment method, which is card payment, USSD, and all those. So we integrated six payment methods for Ushoppen.

“We have Stripe and PayPal for international payments. We have Flutterwave, Paystack. Then, there is bank transfer and cash on delivery.

“Feedbacks from the beta testing made us integrate a WhatsApp Ordering System (WOS). Because some vendors would tell you, ‘I would prefer to just receive the order on my WhatsApp’ as opposed to having to log into my dashboard.’”

So, from all indications, with Ushoppen, the whole process has been made simple and stress-free with the Aggital Works’ innovative ‘Answer-and-Build System’.

You don’t need to worry about the technical stuff, just focus on answering a few questions, upload your products and brand details, and the system will build you a beautiful store where your buyers can buy your products and pay directly for your store.
