Resolute CS, a leading technology innovator in the connectivity market, has acquired iceblue, a global provider of managed internet services.
The goal is to enhance connectivity procurement and management through automation, advanced technology, and a customer-centric approach.
Established in 2014, iceblue has built a strong reputation for simplifying global internet procurement and management.
Operating in 210 countries and partnering with over 1,100 network providers, iceblue serves a profitable client base of 30 companies, managing over 900 circuits globally.
At the core of iceblue’s operations is its proprietary GRID platform, an automated end-to-end lifecycle management tool designed to enhance efficiency, visibility, and customer experience.
This innovative platform aligns seamlessly with Resolute CS’s mission to modernise and simplify connectivity processes.
The acquisition stresses the shared vision of Resolute CS and iceblue to simplify and enhance global connectivity procurement. Resolute CS plans to leverage the GRID platform to address key industry challenges, such as fragmented visibility into supplier operations—a primary contributor to poor customer experience.
Steve Corfe, former CEO of iceblue and now Managing Director, expressed optimism about the partnership: “We are excited to join the experienced team at Resolute CS as we embark on this next phase of growth. Together, we’ll build on the GRID’s proven success and bring advanced, high-speed internet services to even more customers globally.”
Despite the acquisition, iceblue will retain its brand identity and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Resolute CS. Key members of its leadership team, including Corfe, CTO Steve Taylor, and Mark Hendrick, will remain in critical management roles to ensure service continuity.
Resolute CS plans huge investments in scaling iceblue’s operations, enhancing the GRID platform, and expanding the company’s market reach.
“This acquisition is about leveraging iceblue’s technology and expertise to deliver more efficient and automated connectivity solutions,” said Patrick Shutt, Co-Founder and CEO of Resolute CS.
“We see a tremendous opportunity to scale iceblue’s proven model and address the growing demand for high-performing, cost-efficient connectivity.”
With growing demand driven by digital transformation, cloud migration, and AI, iceblue is positioned to enable telecom providers and system integrators to meet the evolving needs of global enterprises.
In aggregating and prioritising service options from over 1,100 suppliers, iceblue ensures customers have access to agile and reliable connectivity solutions.
Steve Taylor, CTO of iceblue, highlighted the GRID platform’s significance: “iceblue simplifies how the world buys internet. Our GRID platform delivers agility and accuracy, making it easier for customers to win more business. With Resolute CS’s support, we are ready to elevate our capabilities and scale our operations globally.”
