Role Overview

The Community Manager will be the voice and bridge between Techeconomy and its audience; anchoring our podcast, nurturing fans on social media, and driving engagement through our email newsletter.

Key Responsibilities

. Serve as Podcast Anchor/Host for Techeconomy podcasts and live sessions

. Grow and manage Techeconomyโ€™s online community across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms

. Drive audience growth, interaction, and loyalty through conversations, comments, DMs, and community initiatives

. Plan, write, and manage email newsletters, ensuring consistency, relevance, and engagement

. Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to amplify content reach

. Monitor community sentiment, trends, and feedback to inform content strategy

. Track and report on engagement metrics, audience growth, and performance.

Requirements

. Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital media

. Strong communication and storytelling skills (spoken and written)

Confidence and clarity as a podcast host or moderator

. Understanding of technology, business, and the digital economy is a strong advantage

. Ability to grow and engage audiences organically

. Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media analytics
