Access Bank PLC has notified its customers of planned systems maintenance which would cause service disruptions.
The Bank, on Friday, sent emails to the customers, notifying them of potential disruption of service/connectivity to its network channels from Sunday, April 27, 2025 by 12:00am to 6:00am.
According to the notification, Access Bank aims to upgrade its banking system to offer users smarter experience.
The message reads,
“As we enhance our banking system to bring you a smarter and more efficient experiences, some services may be temporarily affected.
“On Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 12:00am-6:00am, some of our channels would be unavailable”.
Access Bank went ahead to mention debit cards, Access More App, Primusplus, ATMs, PoS, *901# and Travelcards as the channels would likely be affected.
“However, you can still enjoy uninterrupted transactions with your Credit Card and Dollar Debit Card.
“We promise you a closer, faster and safer banking experience”, the message reads in part.
