Aggital Works, a rising force in Nigeria’s digital development landscape, officially inaugurated its new office space on January 17, 2025, marking a significant step in its growth trajectory.
The Aggital Works’ vibrant new workspace, located at B4-313 HFP Eastline Shopping Complex, Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos, was abuzz with activity as clients, partners, and media gathered to celebrate the milestone.

The opening underscored Aggital Works’ commitment to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions within Nigeria.
The modern office is designed to foster a dynamic environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation among its team.
Oghoghozino Otefia, founder and CEO of Aggital Works, took center stage, reflecting on the company’s remarkable journey from its inception in 2016.
He recounted the early days, starting from a home office and progressing to a rented space, before proudly announcing the ownership of their current office.

“It’s been a journey of hard work, faith, and perseverance, and we thank God for how far we’ve come,” Otefia shared, his words resonating with the entrepreneurial spirit in the room.
A pivotal moment in the company’s history, Otefia revealed, was securing a project from a major client who initially held reservations.
The successful delivery of that project not only solidified Aggital Works’ reputation but also transformed the client into a staunch supporter, demonstrating the power of dedication and quality work.
Ushoppen, Aggital Works’ flagship product, was a key focus of the event.
This user-friendly platform empowers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to effortlessly create online stores, manage product listings, and process sales, all without requiring technical expertise.
Otefia emphasized Ushoppen‘s unique value proposition: “Our mission is to make digital tools accessible and affordable for SMEs. Unlike other platforms, we don’t charge transaction fees, giving businesses the freedom to grow without financial strain.”
Looking ahead, Aggital Works has set ambitious targets for Ushoppen, aiming to reach five million users within the next five years and expand its services to further support SMEs across Nigeria.
The company is also exploring opportunities in new sectors, such as real estate and advanced digital services, to diversify its portfolio.
Otefia didn’t shy away from acknowledging the early challenges the company faced, including talent acquisition and securing initial projects.
He explained how they overcame these hurdles by initially training friends and family to manage costs and strategically balancing high-end client work with broader market needs.
A strong advocate for the Nigerian tech industry, Otefia called upon the government to increase its support through grants and policies that stimulate innovation and economic growth.
“The digital industry in Nigeria is mostly self-funded. We rely heavily on foreign investments, which shouldn’t be the case,” he stated, urging for greater investment in local talent and incentives.
Dr. Austine Dairo, present at the opening, offered heartfelt congratulations to the Aggital Works team, describing the occasion as “marvelous in our sight.”
He offered prayers and expressed gratitude for the divine guidance that has shaped the company’s journey, quoting scripture to emphasize the importance of a strong foundation.
The office opening was a celebration of teamwork, resilience, and unwavering faith, leaving attendees inspired by Aggital Works’ core values and vision for the future.
With its new base of operations and clearly defined strategic objectives, Aggital Works is well-positioned to make a significant impact on Nigeria’s evolving digital economy.
