Axial Pacific Realty Ltd, a real estate company focused on increasing property ownership through affordable and accessible land and housing solutions, will host a property-focused event aimed at connecting Africans in the United Kingdom with investment opportunities in Nigeria.

The event will take place on Friday, 18 April 2025, at 4:00 pm in East Dalston, London.

The real estate brunch will introduce participants to the Nigerian property market, with a focus on affordability, accessibility, and long-term value.

The company will spotlight safe and profitable plots of land, as well as housing options available for purchase.

Over the past 30 months, Axial Pacific Realty has established and sold out four residential estates – Ashborne Gardens 1, 2, 3, and 4 – all located in Epe, Lagos.

The success of these developments shows a growing demand among Nigerians, both at home and abroad, for secure and well-documented property investments.

The next big thing is the Oaklaey Gardens series in Ogun State. The estate is designed to offer a peaceful private neighbourhood with green surroundings and clean walkways, providing access to Lagos’ emerging commercial centres in Epe.

The development offers a mix of convenience and affordability for families seeking a secure and connected environment.

Axial Pacific Realty will offer details on land in hectares and house units, and guide participants on how to begin their journey toward ownership. Participation is open to all interested Africans in the UK.
