Over the past 30 months, Axial Pacific Realty has established and sold out four residential estates – Ashborne Gardens 1, 2, 3, and 4 – all located in Epe, Lagos.

The success of these developments shows a growing demand among Nigerians, both at home and abroad, for secure and well-documented property investments.

The next big thing is the Oaklaey Gardens series in Ogun State. The estate is designed to offer a peaceful private neighbourhood with green surroundings and clean walkways, providing access to Lagos’ emerging commercial centres in Epe.

The development offers a mix of convenience and affordability for families seeking a secure and connected environment.

Axial Pacific Realty will offer details on land in hectares and house units, and guide participants on how to begin their journey toward ownership. Participation is open to all interested Africans in the UK.
