The city of Lagos is set to host the highly anticipated Lagos Leadership Conference (LLC) 2026, a transformative gathering designed to equip leaders across various sectors with the principles, values, and practical tools required to lead with purpose, impact, and service.

It is scheduled to hold from July 9–11, 2026 and the conference will bring together distinguished thought leaders, business executives, ministers, and leadership experts from Nigeria and beyond under the theme “Leading Beyond Self.”

The conference aims to challenge participants to embrace leadership that transcends personal ambition and focuses on creating lasting value for communities, organizations, nations, and future generations.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from an exceptional lineup of speakers, including:

  • Dr. Emmanuel Ziga – president, Grace for All Nations Ministries International, USA
  • Rev. Dr. David Ogbueli – senior pastor and president, Dominion City International

Registration

Attendance is FREE, but participation is strictly by registration. Interested participants are encouraged to register early via the link here.

Speaking on the vision behind the conference, Pastor Charles Kpandei, head of RCCG Blessed Family and Convener of the Lagos Leadership Conference, noted that the gathering seeks to raise leaders who are committed to service, excellence, integrity, and transformational impact.

“The future belongs to leaders who understand that true leadership is not about self-promotion but about serving others, building institutions, and creating sustainable change. Lagos Leadership Conference 2026 is a platform for inspiring and empowering such leaders,” he said.
