Canon Appoints New B2B and B2C Business Unit Leaders in Africa

Canon

Canon Central and North Africa (CCNA) has appointed Amine Djouahra and Rashad Ghani to lead its Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) business units, respectively.

Djouahra, with a 19-year career experience, spanning diverse multinational environments, has over a decade of that experience with Canon, where he succeeded in various leadership positions. Market penetration, creating expansion strategies, and prioritizing a customer-centric approach are his areas of expertise.

Djouahra’s in-depth understanding of the Middle East, Central, and North African markets makes him uniquely qualified to lead Canon’s B2B strategy. Before joining Canon in 2013, he leveraged his skills working with established consumer electronics, digital imaging, and IT solutions brands. He most recently served as CCNA’s B2C Business Unit Director.

Ghani brings 23 years of experience in business development and sales to the B2C leadership role. Previously the senior marketing manager for CCNA, he has cultivated a well-rounded understanding of business development, product management, and event merchandising.

Ghani’s innovative and collaborative approach has garnered him a reputation as a trusted leader who bolsters inclusivity. These qualities position him exceptionally well to lead the B2C portfolio.

“With Amine and Rashad at the helm of our B2B and B2C Business units, respectively, we are confident in their abilities to propel our brand to new heights, innovating in ways that meet our customers’ evolving needs,” said Somesh Adukia, Managing Director, Canon Central and North Africa. “We wish both of them well as they take on these strategic roles within the CCNA business, playing a key role in continuing to position Canon as the leading imaging brand across Africa.”
