Cavista Appoints Taiwo Oke as Company’s First-Ever Director of Operations

Cavista, a global technology company with Nigeria’s largest team of software engineers, announced the appointment of Taiwo Oke as Director of Operations to help guide the company’s fast-growing team to ensure operational excellence.

Oke has extensive experience in banking, technology and real estate, and brings with her valuable skills related to business growth and expansion, new business generation, leadership, and business operations.

“Taiwo’s expertise and experience across several industries will enable her to make an immediate contribution in helping our operations be even more efficient as our fast-paced business continues to grow,” said Dele Odufuye, Country Director of Cavista Nigeria.

Prior to joining Cavista Nigeria, Oke served as the Chief Operating Officer at LifePage, a leading real estate investment company.

She also led business operations at a branch of First Bank of Nigeria and oversaw business growth and day-to-day operations leadership at Keystone Bank Limited.

“I have always emphasized the importance of collaboration and cooperation in the workplace as an essential element of organizational success,” said Oke.

“Cavista Nigeria has successfully built a culture that prioritizes its people, and I am excited to be a part of this team.”

Oke holds a certificate in entrepreneurial management and business growth from the World Bank and Pan Atlantic University respectively and she is currently engaged in an Executive MBA program at the Business School, Netherlands.
