Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB), a leading technology innovation center in Nigeria, has announced a $700,000 grants for Edo State-based startups.
This investment is part of CcHUB’s ongoing commitment to supporting the growth of the tech ecosystem in Nigeria and beyond.
Co-Creation Hub announced the opening of the application process in a statement on Friday.
The statement emphasized Cc Hub’s commitment to supporting the ecosystem for digital solutions and encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation in partnership with the Edo State government.
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is supporting the implementation of these programs.

Startups are being invited by The Hub and the Edo State Government to apply for funding and support.
Thirty startups will receive $10,000 (grants) apiece as part of these programs, and twenty more will receive $20,000 each, for a total investment of $700,000 in startups.
Two programs will provide investment support to fifty startups: the Innovation Challenge Program, which is open to diverse startups with female founders and teams, and the Inclusion-Focused Support program, which is open to all tech startups with creative ideas and products that have the potential to succeed in the market.
CcHUB’s grants for Edo State-based startups, is also a testament to the state’s commitment to supporting the growth of the tech sector.
The state government has put in place several policies and initiatives to attract tech companies and startups, including the establishment of a tech park and the provision of tax incentives. CcHUB’s investment in Edo State is a win-win for both the state and the tech ecosystem.
