As Nigeria drives towards a robust digital economy, the DISC Forum 2024 has become a pivotal platform for industry stakeholders to converge and explore strategies for sustained growth in the country’s ecosystem.

Organisers of the DISC Forum 2024 disclosed in a statement signed by Mr. Hilary Damissah, editor of CyberAfrica, that the programme is scheduled to hold March 14, 2024, at the Four Points by Sheraton in Oniru, Lekki, Lagos.

Damissah stated the event is expected to bring together experts, innovation leaders, and government officials to delve into critical discussions.

With the theme, “Fueling Sustainability of Data Economy Success”, the breakfast forum will spotlight key elements, such as data centres, digital and core infrastructure, investments, cybersecurity, cloud computing, content, satellite technology and Big Data.

The Editor of CyberAfrica also noted:

“Moreover, it will dissect the impact of governmental policies on innovation and technological advancement within Nigeria, stressing the significance of the event in uniting telecommunications operators, data center professionals, engineers and end-users from across the country.

According to the organisers, this dynamic exchange of insights navigates the evolving digital infrastructure landscape, enabling organisations to showcase initiatives driving Nigeria’s data economy forward.

The statement further indicated the DISC Forum anticipates a diverse audience, including CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, IT directors, cybersecurity executives, infrastructure managers, and other leading figures from various industries.

“It serves as a meeting point for industry-specific discussions, offering a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing,” it said.

CyberAfrica, a prominent Information Technology publication in Nigeria, aligns closely with the forum’s objectives, in advocating digital transformation across enterprises, government entities, and individuals.
Together, they champion the advancement of Nigeria’s digital economy through innovation and emerging technologies.

In essence, the DISC Forum 2024 stands as a nexus of expertise, fostering dialogue, collaboration, and actionable insights to propel Nigeria’s digital economy into the future, stated the organisers.
