FastClaim Solutions Limited, a fast-growing insurance technology and claims management company, has officially commenced operations in Zambia, marking a significant milestone in its African expansion strategy.

The company has been duly incorporated in Zambia as FastClaim Zambia Limited, and licensed to operate in Zambia.

The expansion is being backed by a new institutional investor, Benex Projects, which will play a strategic role in driving FastClaim’s broader African growth agenda.

The investment is expected to strengthen FastClaim’s operational capacity, technology deployment, and regional partnerships as the company scales across key insurance markets on the continent.

In Zambia, FastClaim Solutions Limited is partnering with Insizwe Private Brokers, a member of Mudenda Capital Partners, a well-established insurance brokerage firm, as its local strategic partner.

Insizwe Private Brokers will lead FastClaim’s Zambian operations, leveraging its deep market knowledge, strong distribution network, and operational experience across the region.

FastClaim’s AI-powered platform is designed to automate, simplify, and accelerate the motor insurance claims process.

It is the First African Claims Exchange Platform that also aids insurance companies to easily surrogate through its Automated Claims System Management platform.

By leveraging artificial intelligence, real-time remote vehicle inspections, and automated damage detection with instant repair estimates, the FastClaim App has redefined how insurance claims are processed, transforming what was once a cumbersome experience into one characterised by transparency, speed, and improved customer satisfaction.

As of the end of 2025 financial year, the platform has been rapidly adopted by several insurance companies under the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA). On the Mobile App, 27 insurance companies have been onboarded on the claims Exchange and seven insurance companies have subscribed to use the AI platform.

Speaking on the expansion, Mr. Uche Okugo, the founder and chief executive officer of FastClaim Solutions Limited, said the platform, built to enable automated pre- and post-verification of motor insurance claims, was designed to transform the claims journey from stress to simplicity.

“Through the innovative use of mobile technology, artificial intelligence, and real-time validation, FastClaim turns complexity into simplicity. We are not just automating claims; we are humanising the entire experience,” he said.

FastClaim’s entry into Zambia aligns with the growing demand across Africa’s insurance industry for digital transformation, claims automation, and data-driven risk management solutions.

As it continues its Pan-African expansion, the company says it remains committed to building locally relevant solutions, forging strong partnerships, and contributing to the development of more efficient and customer-centric insurance ecosystems across the continent.
