Flowmono, a leading African e-signature and workflow automation platform, has rolled out major product updates, introducing advanced features to its E-sign solution and announcing the beta release of its powerful new business process management tool, Flowmono Automate.

Together, these launches are poised to transform how organizations, especially large enterprises, digitize approvals, automate repetitive tasks, and drive business agility.

As the need for speed, accuracy, and control in document-driven processes intensifies, Flowmono’s latest updates are right on time. The upgrades empower businesses to not just go paperless, but to eliminate the delays and inefficiencies that often accompany legacy systems or disjointed digital tools.

Flowmono E-sign Gets Smarter, Faster, and More Business-Ready

Already known for its secure, legally binding electronic signatures, Flowmono’s E-sign platform has now been enhanced with a suite of new features aimed at boosting productivity and improving the overall signing experience.

A key highlight is the bulk signing request feature, which enables businesses to send multiple documents to various recipients at once, perfect for companies handling high volumes of contracts, HR forms, or internal approvals.

This functionality removes the need for repetitive, manual steps, accelerating turnaround time while ensuring consistency.

Another major update is the enhanced E-sign editor, built to give users greater control and flexibility during document preparation. Users can now reorder recipients and customize signature workflows to suit specific approval structures.

The editor also allows recipients to resize control boxes and move controls around more freely, making the signing experience smoother and more intuitive.

Companies such as UAC Foods, CAP PLC, and NSIA are already reaping the benefits of Flowmono E-sign, significantly reducing their document approval time, improving compliance readiness, and cutting costs previously spent on foreign e-sign solutions like AdobeSign and DocuSign.

Introducing Flowmono Automate: A New Era of Workflow Management

While E-sign handles the “approval” part of business processes, Flowmono Automate takes care of everything that leads up to it. Officially launched in beta, Automate is designed to help teams streamline processes, assign tasks efficiently, and eliminate bottlenecks across departments.

Flowmono Automate combines an intuitive drag-and-drop Process Designer, a real-time Task Manager, and detailed monitoring tools to help businesses build and manage automated workflows.

With conditional logic and smart notifications, teams can streamline tasks like onboarding and approvals. Its built-in API Repository also makes it easy to save and test APIs to be used in automation.

Built for the Realities of African and Global Enterprises

Flowmono’s approach isn’t just about building tools, it’s about solving specific business challenges that African enterprises face. With fluctuating foreign exchange rates and rising software costs, many organizations are actively seeking affordable alternatives to dollar-denominated platforms like JotForm, AdobeSign, and Microsoft Power Automate.

That’s where Flowmono stands out. It offers the core functionality of these global giants but with localized support, pricing in naira, and a deep understanding of how teams in Africa work.

From HR and legal departments to finance and compliance teams, Flowmono is already being used to automate form submissions, track signoffs, reduce back-and-forth emails, and free up hours that would otherwise be lost to manual processes.

As large organizations increasingly focus on digital transformation, Flowmono provides the infrastructure to support those ambitions, securely, affordably, and at scale.

What’s Next: AI, Deeper Analytics, and Vendor Management

Flowmono has made it clear that this is just the beginning. The company is working on AI-powered automation features that will intelligently route tasks, suggest actions, and analyze performance data in real-time. A more robust analytics dashboard and expanded third-party integrations are also in the pipeline.

As part of its growing suite of productivity tools, Flowmono is about to roll out Process Manager, an enterprise-ready solution designed to automate complex business workflows from start to finish.

With this release, organizations can build, assign, track, and optimize processes across departments without writing a single line of code. It’s a major step in Flowmono’s mission to eliminate manual bottlenecks and help teams work faster, smarter, and with greater transparency.

In addition, Flowmono is developing a Vendor and Procurement Management Cloud (VPMC), a solution that will allow organizations to manage suppliers, procurement workflows, and regulatory compliance all in one place.

A Single Platform to Sign, Automate, and Scale

Whether it’s sending an NDA for signature, routing a purchase order for approval, or building an automated employee onboarding process, Flowmono is evolving into the go-to digital operations platform for growing enterprises.

For businesses ready to eliminate time wasted on manual, disconnected systems, Flowmono offers a unified platform to digitize, automate, and scale without the usual headaches.
