Futuretech Media, an innovator in the digital advertising technology sector, has launched the ‘Futuretech NXT Program,’ focused on training emerging talents in the Nigerian digital advertising industry.

The launch of the Futuretech NXT Program, which was announced during a media briefing held on Wednesday, March 27, at the Futuretech office in Victoria Island, Lagos, aims to provide free training, mentorship, and internship opportunities to support the growth of upcoming professionals in digital advertising.

Itohan Izugbokwe, Country Manager at Futuretech Media, Nigeria, explained the importance of understanding the local space: “Being Nigerians, we understand the peculiarities of a country like Nigeria. It’s difficult to explain our challenges if you’re not here.”

In this regard, the Futuretech NXT Program was launched with inclusion as a focus, having passed through a careful analytical process.

Izugbokwe highlighted: “Futuretech is a digital tech-powered agency. We drive marketing using technology, making it more targeted and predictive.”

Futuretech focuses on innovation and creativity, sourcing global partners to bring cutting-edge solutions to Nigeria. “We help brands and agencies accelerate in this connecting world,” she said.

The newly launched program will cover a range of modules, including digital advertising trends, campaign planning and execution, creative strategy, analytics, and more.

The cohort will also have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and receive feedback from industry experts, allowing them to apply their learning in a practical setting.

Highlighting the role of artificial intelligence (AI), which is an important innovative tool for the program, in advertising, Izugbokwe noted, “We leverage artificial intelligence with advertising, ensuring that our marketing is smarter, faster, and better.”

Futuretech’s flagship platform, LoopMe, was the first to apply Al to brand advertising and its Intelligent Marketplace leverages Al-technology to measure and optimize consumer sentiment in real-time to improve advertising performance and outcomes.

“Through advanced machine learning and 1500 Al models, brands can uncover consumer insights and reach previously untapped audiences, outperforming industry benchmarks,” Izugbokwe said.

Futuretech’s growth direction reiterates its expanding footprint, with operations now spanning several countries including South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and Kenya.

Stanley Awelewa, Sales Team Lead at Futuretech Media, Nigeria, elaborated on the company’s forward-thinking advertising solutions, “We don’t do the norm. We try to look into the future and build powerful solutions.”

Futuretech leverages influencer marketing to reach targeted audiences based on consumer intent. Its global reach and data-driven approach, was one of the highlights from Awelewa, “We are connected to over 2 billion plus devices globally, utilizing vast data sources and advanced AI modeling to track customer journeys and drive results.”

Vanessa Umeokafor, Digital Operations Manager at Futuretech Media, Nigeria, said: “From inception, we devise strategies on how campaigns will influence specific objectives.” She emphasized the importance of tailoring strategies to meet client goals, whether for awareness, conversation, conversion, or subscription, highlighting the adaptability of Futuretech’s approach.

Umeokafor spoke on case studies, noting how the company has exceeded clients’ expectations by over 50% to 500%.

Umeokafor stressed Futuretech’s focus on personalized, data-driven strategies that go beyond client expectations. “Our AI-powered approach ensures unique and impactful campaigns directed to each client’s objectives,” she asserted, highlighting the company’s focus on delivering measurable results and driving customer engagement.

Itohan Izugbokwe, Country Manager at Futuretech Media, Nigeria, again, highlighted the need for specialized training in programmatic advertising due to a shortage of experienced professionals.

She stressed the program’s practical approach and its focus on empowering young talents, including fresh graduates, with essential skills.
