The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) recently announced designated pick-up points for individuals wishing to obtain their Go-Cashless cards.

The Go-Cashless process commenced March 1, 2026 with reported cases of gridlocks at access gates across major airports across the country.

Members of the public can obtain their Go-Cashless cards at all FAAN commercial offices and access gates nationwide immediately.

Henry Agbebire, director, Public Affairs and Consumer Protection at FAAN also confirmed that the cards will also be available at designated branches of Fidelity Bank Plc from March 16,2026.

The cashless policy aligns with a Federal Government directive mandating all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to transition to a cashless system to enhance transparency, reduce revenue leakages, and improve transaction traceability.

FAAN has reiterated its commitment to full compliance with the directive and appeals to the public for their understanding and cooperation during the transition period.
