Huawei just launched a discount campaign on its premium devices, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, and more, enabling customers to save more ahead of the year’s end.
The promotions, which took place over the weekend, were part of the “Super Brand Day” event on JD.com, one of China’s leading e-commerce platforms.
Huawei slashed prices on select high-end models by up to 3,000 yuan (approximately $411), making their devices more accessible to middle-income audiences.
The flagship Pura 70 Ultra, one of the devices in this promotion, saw a price reduction of up to 2,000 yuan ($274) for the 16GB variant.
This latest smartphone was built with a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display, powered by the Kirin 9010 chipset and HarmonyOS 4.2. It had a triple-camera system with a 50MP primary lens, a 40MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP telephoto sensor, as well as a 13MP selfie camera.
The Pura 70 Ultra also supports 100W fast charging and comes with a 5200mAh battery.
The Mate X5, Huawei’s foldable phone, is another product benefiting from a price cut of 2,500 yuan ($342) during the event. The device has a 7.85-inch main display and a 6.4-inch cover screen, with a triple-camera system that includes a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP periscope camera.
Added to these, it supports 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, with a 5060mAh battery.
Beyond these models, other Huawei devices, including earphones, notebooks, and wearables, also enjoyed attractive discounts, offering tech enthusiasts a great opportunity to buy premium products at reduced prices before the end of 2024.
The “Super Brand Day” event ran until midnight on Sunday, with many deals available through JD.com and Huawei’s official VMall store.
