HumanManager Wins at the Nigerian Fintech Awards

Stanley Jacob (L), Chief Executive, Stanbic IBTC Financial Services Ltd., presents the award for "Best Workforce Benefits Management Solution," won by HumanManager, to Mr. Oluwasegun Adesanya, Group Head, Corporate Services, SystemSpecs Holdings Ltd., at the Nigeria Fintech Awards, held at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Friday, November 4, 2022.

HumanManager, Africa’s leading Human Resources (HR) and payroll software, has been awarded the Best Workforce Benefits Management Solution for pioneering efforts in identifying and optimising HR processes in Africa for over two decades.

The award ceremony, which was organised by the Nigerian Fintech Awards, was an appreciation of HumanManager’s role in transforming businesses of any size through its adaptable, innovative, robust, secure, and easy-to-use human capital management solution.

Developed by HumanManager Limited, a subsidiary of Nigeria’s indigenous technology giant – SystemSpecs Group, HumanManager, has been a market leader for more than 20 years as it revolutionised numerous organisations’ payroll and HR processes.

While delivering her acceptance speech, Adekunbi Ademiluyi, Managing Director, HumanManager Limited, said HumanManager for over 20 years has offered diverse employers and employees a comprehensive solution that manages payroll, reporting, staff records, leave, performance management, expense management, and other human capital management needs.

“We remain committed to empowering organisations of all sizes and in any location to achieve a balance between employee satisfaction and workplace efficiency while constantly providing valuable insights that will keep this process progressive and efficient,” she added.

As regards the award, Adekunbi said this recognition as the Best Workforce Benefits Management Solution shows the team’s effort at simplifying and automating the human resources and payroll processes for organisations of any size in Africa.

At the Nigeria Fintech Awards ceremony, John Obaro, the Group Managing Director (GMD), SystemSpecs Group, also received the Special Leadership Award.

SystemSpecs Group has won several awards recently which has reinforced its position as the software institution of reference in Africa. Some of these awards include Software Company of the Year at the Beacon of Information & Communication Technology (BoICT) Awards (2018), Most Innovative e-Payment Company of the Year at the BusinessDay Top 25 Most Innovative Companies & Institutions Award (2017), Best Indigenous Software in Nigeria award by the Nigerian Information Technology and Telecoms Awards (NITTA) for HumanManager, and many more.
