The Global Internet of Behaviour (IoB) Market was valued at USD 432.2 billion in 2023, and projections indicate a robust growth rate of over 23% CAGR from 2024 to 2032, primarily fueled by the global surge in IoT device adoption.

Devices like smartwatches, connected cars, and smart home systems are not just technological marvels as they are data goldmines, generating extensive insights into user behaviour.

With AI-driven predictive models at the helm, businesses can foresee user needs and preferences, paving the way for proactive and tailored engagement.

Such insights empower decision-makers, refining their marketing strategies, product innovations, and customer interactions.

In a bid to decode genuine consumer behaviour, market players are forging strategic alliances. A notable example is Orange’s collaboration with Intent HQ in March 2024.

This partnership birthed the ‘Market Explorer’ service, a cutting-edge analytics tool harnessing Big Data and AI, tailored for the Spanish market.

The overall industry is segmented into application, enterprise size, technology, industry vertical, and region.

The IoB market spans various sectors, including BFSI, IT and telecom, media and entertainment, tourism and travel, retail and e-commerce, healthcare, and manufacturing. In 2023, the BFSI segment commanded a significant 24% share.

The BFSI industry’s embrace of IoB technologies is driven by aspirations to elevate customer experiences, navigate risks, adhere to regulations, and maintain a competitive edge.

By leveraging IoB, financial institutions can delve deep into customer behaviours and preferences, crafting bespoke financial products, services, and advice.

When segmented by enterprise size, the market distinguishes between large enterprises and SME. In 2023, large enterprises dominated with a 65% market share, and projections suggest they could surpass USD 1.6 trillion by 2032. For these giants, IoB is a cornerstone of their digital transformation, enhancing efficiency, customer experiences, and data-driven decisions. Their commitment is evident, with substantial investments in pivotal technologies like IoT, AI, and data analytics.

In 2023, North America claimed a substantial 38% share of the IoB market. The region’s technological landscape is not just developed as it is a beacon of innovation.

Bolstered by a robust technological infrastructure, including widespread high-speed internet and state-of-the-art data centers, North America is primed for IoB solution deployment and scalability.

Companies here are not just adopting IoB technologies as they are leveraging them as a strategic differentiator, backed by significant R&D investments that further fuel the integration of advanced IoB solutions.
